This interactive workshop is designed for product managers and product owners of payment card products (FIs and retailers) who are considering adding new payment products or making enhancements to existing payment products. Discussion points include: Consumer research; legal and regulatory considerations; industry and competitor trends; financial costs and benefits; system and operational considerations; set-up and ongoing support needed; advantages of pilot programs; marketing and promotional plans; and importance of analyzing and measuring results.
