EMV migration is heating up, with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover all setting timelines for most merchants to accept EMV cards by October 2015.  But the discussion on EMV migration holds particular urgency in the wake of one of the largest ever security breaches—Target’s December 2013 debit and credit card data theft, which has reportedly affected 70-100 million of its customers.  EMV migration impacts stakeholders differently and each has different challenges to overcome, but they’re also dependent on each other to help meet business needs, with the ultimate outcome of achieving greater levels of security.  Hear various viewpoints from these stakeholders as the panel works to clarify a potential path to EMV migration.
