If eligible, your ad should be submitted as a high-resolution PDF file, print-ready (all crop marks removed) and scaled to the following specifications: Trim size = 5.5 x 8.5” w/full bleed = 5.75 x 8.75” (includes 1/8” bleed all around) Live area = 4.5 x 7.5” E-mail the ad to Crystal Smith or save it to a CD-ROM and overnight it to Crystal's attention at: One State Street Plaza, 27th Fl., New York, NY 10004.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged an exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate. Please register your team by Friday, February 22, 2013.

Be sure to book your hotel rooms now! SourceMedia has reserved a block of rooms at the Boca Raton Resort & Club at a special discounted rate starting at $215.00 (excluding taxes and resort fees). To secure a room, contact the hotel's reservations department at (888) 557-6375 or (561) 447-3000 and request a room in the Card Forum & Expo room block. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. The cut-off date to receive the discounted group rate is Friday, March 1, 2013. After this date, rooms and rates will be based on availability.
