Sr. Recovery Manager

Erin Towns is the Sr. Recovery Manager for Dell Financial Services (DFS) in Austin, Texas where she is responsible for all facets of Recovery Management and Strategy for the Consumer and Small Business portfolios. Erin has over 15 years of experience in Collections and Recoveries including Internal Collections, Agency and Legal Management, Bankruptcy and Deceased processing, Asset Sales and System Management. Prior to DFS, Erin held a variety of positions at First USA and American Express both in Collections and in Recoveries. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
