Allison Marsh is Director of Market Research and Consumer Insights for John Hancock Insurance.� Allison is responsible for developing the market research framework and for elevating consumer insights in a relevant and actionable way.� Allison came to John Hancock from C Space a global customer agency and lead teams for clients such as Citibank, Coca Cola and Mattel.�Allison almost 20 years of experience in consumer research, insights and strategy. In prior roles, Allison lead the consumer research and planning team at AMP Agency, a full service marketing agency in Boston.� She was an Associate Research Director at The Concours Group and a Research Consultant at AMR Research (now Gartner Group)Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts� in English and Economics from the Boston College. A Native Bostonian, Allison now lives in Foxboro, Massachusetts, with her husband and three children. In her spare time, Allison can be found with getting up to date on pop culture, chasing after her children with her camera in hand or out for a run.
