Eugenio Santiago is an innovator in user research with over 10 years �of experience helping the world’s most admired brands optimize their digital and product experiences. During this time, Eugenio has been on the front lines of data collection mastering the tasks associated with executing successful user research projects and now leads a team of talented and skilled researchers proficient in many methodologies including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.Eugenio has been recognized by clients for his ability to quickly spot patterns and provide actionable recommendations. Eugenio’s industry expertise includes but is not limited to: mobile experiences, financial services, and retail while still maintaining a passion for sports and gaming. Exposure to this wide array of industries has enabled Eugene to identify opportunities where cross-industry learnings can be applied to optimize user experiences. As Key Lime Interactive has grown, Eugenio has managed and conducted over a dozen international research projects in seven countries including: Australia, Singapore, Brazil, Finland, Poland, Mexico, Hong Kong.Eugenio is credited with creating the methodology that is used to conduct KLI’s industry specific competitive indices which have grown from a single report back in 2012 to a thriving division of KLI’s business which releases over 10 reports spanning 5 different industries annually. Among the other successes Eugenio is proud of, he is particularly proud of KLI’s contributions to the visible maturation to a more user-centered design approach for one of the world’s largest banking brands. With KLI as a strategic partner, this company’s UX team has grown from one individual conducting mostly validation style research to a thriving team responsible for the advocating and integration of the user’s needs into the product development cycle.�Eugenio has a B.S. from the University of Miami in Marketing. When he is not traveling to other countries to conduct research intended to create better products/experiences for his clients or attend conferences as a subject matter expert, he is at home in Brooklyn, NY with his family including two sons (and a little girl on the way) who always keep him on his toes.
