Jeff leads the team within PNC that helps to operationalize PNC�s brand strategy within Marketing and across corporate functions and lines of business. His team focuses on four primary areas: the customer brand experience, employee brand experience, brand tools & resources and brand education. He led the internal communications for PNC�s marketing transformation initiative that began in 2011.Prior to his current role, Jeff served as senior vice president, creative services and agency resource management for National City Bank. His background includes over 15 years experience leading client service for a marketing communications agency, working with Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries.Jeff also serves on the marketing advisory board for Young Life, an international non-profit operating in over 80 countries.
