As the Mobile Channel Manager at SunTrust, Kristen holds enterprise responsibility for the strategic vision and roadmap of the channel. She oversees the mobile and tablet product management team, providing business support to channel initiatives and maintaining activation and usage targets on behalf of the Marketing organization. In this role, she leverages perspectives acquired over 15 years in the digital space.Prior to joining SunTrust, Kristen focused on Online Banking as a Product Manager at Bank of America and spent several years with Accenture, LLP as a Manager in the consulting practice helping Fortune 500 companies translate business strategies to the digital space. Kristen resides in Atlanta and has an MBA from Georgia State University and a BBA in International Business from the University of Georgia. She is Six Sigma Black Belt and LEAN certified.
