Audrey Wise
Audrey Wise is VP State of the Customer on Synchrony’s Enterprise Customer Engagement (ECE) team. In this role, she works closely with the CX Strategy & Design, CX Insights, Data Analytics, and Marketing Research teams, to leverage insights about customers from across the business, analyze their attitudes, behaviors, and expectations, and synthesize into relevant, meaningful and actionable opportunities for the business.

Audrey also leads Synchrony’s Emerging Technology Center Design Thinking Team at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. Part of this engagement includes conducting in-depth research on consumer’s perception of risk and propensity to trust in the financial credit card space, with decision-making, marketing and servicing communications, and autonomous systems, such as IVR, virtual assistants, and autopay.

Audrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication and Writing from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Information Design and Strategy from Northwestern University.
