Chris Prescher
Principal, Chief Strategy Officer, 50,000feet

Chris Prescher, principal and leader of 50,000feet’s strategy practice, is the engagement lead for 50k's work with Mastercard. He is a creative technologist and systems thinker with more than 20 years of experience leading strategy, design and development of integrated and digital communication platforms for clients in the financial services, travel, consumer electronics, home furnishings, automotive and consumer retail sectors. He has extensive consulting experience working with Mastercard’s U.S. and global product and marketing teams to architect new frameworks and messaging platforms for core products and digital payments. Chris also has led strategy and digital engagements for BMW NA, Haier, ICE, MINI USA, Motorola, Orbitz, Sappi, Target, United Airlines and Morningstar, among others. Chris attended both the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the University of Chicago. He is a guest lecturer on brand and digital media and has presented at the School of Art + Design at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Media and Integrated Marketing Communications.
