Kevin is Chief Product Officer, where he is responsible for managing all existing client expectations, determining short and long term resource requirements, and directing team members in meeting client and company objectives. He engages Quavo clients to determine their needs and oversees the entire customer relationship from beginning to end. Kevin ensures that all technical and business requirements are met and that Quavo provides efficient customer support. A proven leader in the financial services and technology industries with over 10 years of experience developing and motivating highly successful teams, Kevin has an eye for streamlining and simplifying complex processes and has filed for multiple process design patents. Kevin has a background in software engineering and is a Certified Scrum Master, a Certified Pega Business Architect and a Pega PRPC Certified System Architect.
