As a strategic leader with a reputation for driving innovation, Aileen Kheraj is Vice President, Product within Canadian Credit Cards at TD Bank. In this role, Aileen manages TD and MBNA proprietary and Aeroplan cobranded products, leads our loyalty strategy, account management tactics and overall customer experience for Credit Cards. Prior to joining TD Bank Aileen spent 13 years at American Express with experience across Strategy, Card Acquisition, as well as Product and Portfolio Management.

Aileen is a strategy and marketing leader with 20 years-experience in developing and executing strategic plans and delivering results. She has a strong marketing & financial acumen with an innate ability to effectively collaborate & influence key decision makers, and drive initiatives forward. She has both depth and breadth of experience in Consumer Credit Cards & Lending, Merchant Services, Retail Banking, and Digital & Mobile Strategy.

Her overall experience spans over two decades with last 13 years at American Express where she held several notable positions. Her most recent role with AMEX was Vice President, Lending & Member Engagement, Consumer Card, where she launched several new engagement capabilities, including an on-card installment loans feature and a coupon-less offer delivery and fulfillment solution. Aileen also had the opportunity to lead multiple card product launches. Prior to her VP role, she held a number of Director roles with her portfolios focused on Strategy & Business development and Consumer card acquisition.

Aileen holds an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder since 2006. In her spare time Aileen volunteers to teach 10 to 12-year olds an accelerated English class, loves to travel, and spends the majority of her time with her husband and two children.
