Emily Sixta is Head of Digital Customer Insights for Citi’s U.S. Consumer Bank and leads a data driven customer insights and analytics team responsible for data strategy, production and synthesis to drive our digital roadmap and cross-channel personalization strategy.

As part of her role, she is also accountable for the connectivity of the data and insights across tools and platforms to ensure that we are translating insights into the next best actions for our customers and that the digital experience is connected across all other channels where our customers interact. This includes the identification and usage of cutting edge customer analytics tools, voice of the customer insights, predictive analytics and competitive intelligence to drive new digital features, functionality and servicing experiences for our customers. Emily led Citi’s first truly omni-channel customer journey mapping and insights utilizing data aggregated across channels breaking new ground in North America and has taken the measurement of customer satisfaction metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS), value creation and prioritization to a new level.

Emily has been with Citi for 11 years and began her career at the bank after graduating with her MBA from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business. Prior to her current role, Emily was Head of Digital Acquisitions with accountability for all new cards acquired through digital channels including search, display media, email, onsite and external marketing and the development of a pre-approved online experience. Other roles Emily has held at Citi have been focused in marketing and analytics including High Risk Portfolio Management, Cards Strategy and Decision Management.

Before joining Citi, Emily was a consultant with Ernst & Young’s Human Capital Practice specializing in valuation and Sarbanes-Oxley audit preparation for large Fortune 500 companies.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin and her MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Emily is very active in Georgetown alumni activities and serves on the Steering Committee for Citi’s campus recruiting programs.
