Farrell is the SVP of Enterprise Customer Engagement, Synchrony’s data driven journey design and delivery organization. Farrell and her team of strategists, functional subject matter experts, designers, and agile developers are living the enterprise vision to “Transform the Customer Experience across Synchrony Financial; deepening relationships by leveraging the power of data analytics and technology to optimally engage all of our customers.”

Farrell has spent her career at the intersection of Financial Services and Retail. She came to Synchrony from Accenture Interactive where as a Managing Director she led Financial Services in North America and their Global Loyalty Practice. Farrell began her career in CRM with Andersen Consulting and Bank of America and then spent over a decade with digital, marketing and design agencies focused on customer experience, advanced personalization, service design, customer acquisition, strategy, and business development.

Farrell holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Colby College. She lives in Charlotte, NC, with her husband, Steve, and two children, Eli and Avery.
