Kellie Goodwin is head of enterprise payments strategy at Santander Bank. She is responsible for designing and delivering on a strategic vision to support an enhanced, digital client experience and to drive efficiencies for the Bank’s payments systems. Kellie joined Santander in 2018.

Kellie has 25 of professional experience with nearly two decades of payment expertise in treasury solutions, commercial and consumer credit and debit cards, prepaid cards, loyalty programs, merchant acquiring, channel solutions and fintech partnerships. Kellie is a proven leader in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, international relationships, business development, product management, and management of large cross-functional teams.

Kellie’s career in payments began in 2001 at TSYS, a leading global payments provider, where she worked in Corporate Strategy and Planning and directed strategic discussions with start-ups and mature firms globally. Kellie then went on to lead the Global Commercial Card and Payment Strategy and delivered innovative B2B solutions to financial institutions.

In 2014, Kellie joined SunTrust Bank as head of wholesale payments strategy where she was responsible for leading the SunTrust Enterprise Payments Council and setting the vision for the future of wholesale payments. In 2016, Kellie joined Visa as head of the San Francisco Innovation Center Engagement program where she conducted thought provoking sessions with the largest and most influential commerce eco-system stakeholders to imagine and design the future state of payments.

Kellie holds an MBA in finance from Auburn University and a B.S. in human resource management from Utah State University.
