Charlotte Norton

Charlotte Norton is the Senior Vice President of the Central Operations department at RBFCU. With over 30 years of experience working in financial institutions, Charlotte has held management roles overseeing debit, credit and ATM programs, ACH and Wire Operations, BSA/AML, Contact Centers, online banking, overdraft programs, account acquisition and several areas of financial fraud. She is responsible for the strategic vision and growth of the payments program and researching the future of payments.

Prior to joining RBFCU, Charlotte worked for Frost Bank providing treasury management services to correspondent banks and large commercial depositors. She started her financial career as an accountant with First City Texas in San Antonio, ending her career there as the Cashier.

Charlotte received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Texas State University. Over the years, she has served on numerous advisory boards and councils in the financial services and payments industry.

Charlotte devotes time serving on the boards of several local non-profit groups.
