Chris Cracchiolo
Vice President of Global Membership Rewards, American Express

Chris Cracchiolo is Vice President of Global Membership Rewards at American Express. In this role, Chris is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Membership Rewards loyalty program, including customer insights and engagement, pricing and governance, as well as the management of all rewards partners, to drive deeper loyalty with our consumer and corporate Card Members around the world.

Chris has a long and distinguished track record in client management and business development across multiple business units at American Express. He has led multiple high-performing teams responsible for managing and growing both domestic and global relationships with some of American Express’ largest and most strategic partners. He has also managed Bluebird, a cobranded banking alternative solution in partnership with Walmart, and spearheaded the introduction of Serve, the company’s next generation payments platform, through numerous distribution partnerships, including CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Dollar General, and Walmart.

Chris joined American Express in 2002 from his own start-up firm, prior to which he worked at Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from The College of New Jersey.
