Industry Innovation Lunch Session: 2017 Faces of Fraud
12:45pm - 1:45pm

Defending against tomorrow's mobile attacks is a moving target; but new technologies and strategies, including behavioral biometrics and machine-learning-based analytics, are allowing financial institutions and retailers to reduce their fraud losses while enhancing their customer experience. This session will explore today's threat landscape and provide best practices for reducing mobile fraud through the intelligent authentication. Building on results gathered from a 2017 ISMG survey, Vasco's Jason Kontos will review new forms of fraud being used to attack mobile channels and offer advice what can be done to counter these latest attacks. Attendees will walk away with perspective about what they should be doing to build trust, expand the services they offer through mobile channels, and ensure customers have continuously positive experiences.
