Kathy Boden Holland
EVP, Bank Products, Elevate

Kathy Boden Holland leverages over 20 years of entrepreneurial and management experience as EVP of Bank Products. Prior to her current role at Elevate, she held positions as Chief Risk Officer and EVP of Corporate Development for the company. Kathy has held a number of leadership positions throughout her career where she has acted as a senior executive, founder, and partner in the consulting, investment banking, and financial services industries. Prior companies include RLJ Financial, Urban Trust Bank and Urban Trust Holdings, Inc., and Deloitte.

Kathy has a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of North Carolina. When not working, Kathy loves watching her beloved UNC Tarheels play basketball and spending time with her family.
