Citigroup Inc. and AT&T Inc. introduced a cobranded card for small-business owners last week with perquisites that include prescription drug discounts and access to "an around-the-clock personal business assistant."

The card runs on the Visa Inc. network and imposes no annual fee. Cardholders earn five points for every dollar spent using the card on eligible AT&T products and services; three points for every dollar spent at certain office-supply retailers, gas stations, and professional-services providers such as accounting and legal firms; and one point for every dollar spent on all other purchases. Cardholders can earn up to 100,000 points per calendar year.

A Citi Web site said that the assistant can help cardholders with finding a marketing firm, making travel and dining arrangements, or buying office supplies and equipment.
