DBS Bank Ltd. plans to expand its ATM network in Singapore by adding 100 ATMs by the end of this year. Once the expansion is complete, the bank’s network will grow to 1,070 ATMs, according to the Singapore-based bank.
Most of the new ATMs will be deployed at 16 Singapore Mass Rapid Transit Corp. stations in the city as part of a deal with the rail operator in which DBS will install ATMs at all of its stations by the end of next year. DBS buys its ATMs from NCR Corp.
The bank says currently deploys more than 85 ATMs at 48 Mass Rapid Transit stations.
