Discover Financial Services has begun to distribute credit cards and stickers that support its Zip contactless-payment service, the company announced Nov. 29.
Issuance by mail to select Discover cardmembers began Nov. 15, and the issuer says it will distribute additional cards and stickers in January.
More than 100,000 U.S. merchant locations accept Zip transactions at the point of sale, including quick-service restaurants, petroleum stations, convenience stores, retailers and pharmacies, Riverwoods, Ill. Discover says.
