Clients of EFT Source have issued more than 524,000 debit cards in a year through its Card@Once Instant Issuance Printers.

Using EFT's Card@Once, as soon as a customer requests a debit card at the branch, the bank sends the account data to EFT Source, which converts it to an encrypted print file and returns the file to the branch electronically. Card@Once encodes the data and prints the card allowing the customer to walk away with a ready-to-use, permanent debit card.

Consumers increasingly expect instant service from their financial institutions, says Bill Dinker, president of EFT Source, in a press release. "Within a single year, we grew our customer base by more than 200%," he says.

Various institutions including Florence Savings Bank and Indiana Bank are users of EFT's Card@Once.
