Machine-learning provider Feedzai has implemented upgrades to the fraud detection service API it released in November, the company announced Feb. 25.
The Feedzai API was updated based on feedback the San Mateo, Calif.-based company received since it opened the developer portal. Developers can use the Feedzai API to integrate real-time fraud detection into their software and applications for retailers.
The changes made to the API include expanded search and filtering tools and more payer information accessible from their dashboard. The dashboard was also updated for use on mobile devices.
Additionally, Feedzai implemented customer blacklisting and whitelisting. The company is also beta testing a Live Alerts mode to provide developers with e-mail notifications when suspicious orders come in.
Feedzai also announced in the Feb. 25 press release the addition of the open-source platform Kill Bill as a new partner.
