The payment processor Global Payments Inc. will offer its U.S. merchant customers an iPad point of sale system from ShopKeep POS.
ShopKeep POS provides an iPad stand, cash drawer, card reader and receipt printer that work with its iPad point of sale software to accept credit and debit cards as well as mobile payments.

"These solutions enable millions of small and medium sized merchants with the ability to accept card payments with inexpensive, yet highly functional POS systems.

ShopKeep POS has numerous partnerships with in the payments industry. It works with PayPal, Dwolla and SCVNGR's LevelUp for mobile-payment acceptance. ShopKeep POS allows merchants to work with their own processors, and in June it added PayPal as an option for credit card acceptance as well.
