DECA Financial Services, based in Fishers, Ind., is moving into a larger building and adding 140 employees during the next three years, the company announced this week.
DECA plans to buy a vacant 50,000-square-foot building in Fishers, located just north of Indianapolis, and spend $2.4 million on the expansion, according to town officials.
The agency specializes in collecting from consumers and taxpayers to pay up on debts owed to companies and government. It was founded in 2010.
Fishers plans to offer the company a three-year abatement on property taxes if it follows through on the expansion. DECA said last November that it hoped to expand its 54-person company to meet growing demand.
