Intrust Bank will use credit card processing, loyalty, merchant processing and other services from Fidelity National Information Services Inc., the Jacksonville, Fla., technology vendor said Wednesday.
The $3.5 billion-asset bank, a subsidiary of Intrust Financial Corp. in Wichita, Kan., already uses FIS' IBS core processing system as well as automated teller machine and debit card processing and wealth management services.
Through the expanded relationship, FIS will provide Intrust with a single platform for handling processing, issuance, customer service and fraud detection.
"With FIS, we now have a processor that can handle every facet of our business," Tom Morrison, a senior vice president with Intrust, said in a press release.
With the expanded relationship, Intrust will be able to distribute new products more quickly, Bob Bream, the president of North America Card and Payment Solutions at FIS, said in the release.
