I.C. System, a St. Paul, Minn.-based accounts receivable management firm, has launched a chiropractor debt collection Web site called ChiroCollect.
The site highlights the company's four decades in that particular debt recovery niche through white papers and blog posts. The site offers free tips for improving the chiropractic collection process while improving patient relationships and increasing patient retention.
Our goal was to create a one-stop-shop for current and future chiropractor clients to get the latest on industry news and best practices in chiropractic collections," says Eric Johannes, director of Marketing at I.C. System. "The site is filled with proven and easy-to-implement collections and billing tips that we feel will benefit our chiropractor clients greatly. When our clients are more educated on the debt recovery process, we believe we can better serve them as a collections partner."
I.C. System Chiropractic Debt Collection Specialist Matthew Roark believes the site's industry-specific content will set I.C. System apart from the competition in chiropractic collections.
"With [more than 40 years] experience, comes a level of knowledge and expertise we feel is unmatched by our competition. The Web site does a great job at demonstrating our unique understanding of the industry and we feel it will truly serve as a valuable resource for chiropractors and their business offices to improve their collection procedures," Roark says.
I.C. System is a family-owned, privately held accounts receivable management firm and one of 69 agencies worldwide to be certified through ACAs Professional Practices Management System. The company's new Web site's address is: ChiroCollect.com.
