Noble Systems Corp., a contact center technology services firm, announced Monday the acquisition of Stratasoft Inc., a provider of hosted and premise-based contact center technology. The deal includes all Stratasoft brands and intellectual properties. Terms of the purchase were not announced.

Stratasoft, founded in 1995, holds a cloud and premise-based solution portfolio that includes predictive dialing, contact center database management, contact center campaign scripting, predictive dialing algorithms and contact center management systems. The firm's global client roster includes brands in financial services, telecommunications, outsourcing, vacation ownership and more.
