Noble Systems Corp., an Atlanta-based contact center technology services firm, announced Thursday the acquisition of ALI Solutions Inc., a contact center analytics firm and technology partner to five of the top 10 largest global banks.
The deal, which follows Noble's acquisition of Stratasoft Inc. announced Monday, includes all intellectual property and assets including Vincio, CallTech and OnQ, ALI’s flagship suite of contact center solutions. Terms were not disclosed. ALI Solutions was founded in 1992 as Austin Logistics.
“This acquisition brings 20 years of contact center analytics innovation to our team and adds tremendous depth to our accounts recovery and financial services offerings,” said James K. Noble, President and CEO of Noble Systems. “ALI is a recognized and respected brand around the world."
Noble Systems will keep the existing ALI offices in Austin, Texas and Shanghai, China. The transaction also will transfer multiple contact center technology patents into Noble Systems’ portfolio.
ALI CEO Tom Miller, a former financial services executive who has served in a variety of roles at Austin Logistics/ALI for more than 15 years, will join Noble Systems as vice president of Analytics Solutions.
Noble Systems will offer Vincio, an analytic decision platform, CallTech, a call optimization and best time to call engine, and OnQ, a decisioning tool. The products will be managed by a blended team of ALI veterans and Noble Systems specialists.
