Pivotal Payments, a Montreal-based ISO, announced today that it plans to white-label its merchant portal.

White labeling the portal, which is modeled on Pivotal Payments’ Pivotal360 online management and reporting tool, enables ISOs and sales agents to customize their current branding and content, the company said in a press release.

Users can also employ their own exclusive domains for client access, the release said. “The program offers all the benefits of our powerful merchant portal without the resources involved in building a proprietary solution,” said Shaun McDonald, Pivotal Payments’ vice president of product and project management, in the release.

Pivotal360 helps merchants reconcile transactions; view or export merchant statements; receive automated daily batch alerts by email; check daily, monthly and annual sales data; and receive alerts for disputes, the release said.
