     COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 18, 2008--Purepay, a private equity fund focused on the strategic acquisition and operation of payments and transaction processing companies, today announced it has extended its industry expertise with the addition of Jane Keller to the Purepay team. Jane Keller joins as Vice President – Strategy for the Electronic Payments Division. Jane will be overseeing the growth of our Electronic Payment division which processes over one million return items annually with locations in Tennessee, Wisconsin and Mississippi. Jane brings with her extensive payments experience, with a strong focus on the check and credit card industries.

     Jane Keller joins Purepay from Electronic Clearing House, Inc., a tier 1 bankcard and check processor. During her seven year tenure, Jane was the Executive Director of the National Check Network, offering wholesale check and bankcard services to collection agencies, ACH processors, financial institutions and retail merchants. Jane will be assisting with the integration and organic growth of the companies in the Purepay portfolio, as well as managing Purepay’s extensive agent network.
