Mobile payments provider Spindle will provide aggregation technology to EggZack to resell to mobile point of sale and e-commerce merchants.
EggZack's sales and marketing system automates inbound and outbound marketing functions for regional companies. The company's products include search engine optimization, social marketing, e-mail marketing and website management.
Jon Zack, founder and chief executive at EggZack, said in a Feb. 5 news release that Spindle's aggregation technology will allow his company to grow. Zack expects to increase EggZack's current activations from 60 to approximately 2,000 new accounts per month.
"Through our technology platform, EggZack will be able to serve their merchants with much greater expediency, while delivering the convenience and range of functionalities that end-users demand," Bill Clark, chief executive at Spindle, said in the release.
