The payments processor TSYS has added features to its Credit Care tool to improve data access for banks and cardholders.

The redesigned Credit Care interface makes account information more easily accessible for banks and their clients from any mobile device, the Columbus, Ga., company says.

Cardholders have single sign-on access from host bank websites, additional account payment options and access to an administrative console. Banks have greater administrative control of these accounts, TSYS says.

Currently TSYS is focusing on enhancing all end-user touch points, says Paul Bridgewater, group executive of global product, in a March 10 press release. "Enhancements to Credit Care are part of the first wave" of the product optimizations, he says. 

The functions of Credit Card vary between North America and other regions, the company says.
