Banco Occidental de Desuento, a Venezuelan-based financial institution, announced Thursday it has selected Postilion to provide products and services for ATM and point-of-sale marketing, payment switching, and card management, according to a statement. A company spokesperson declined to discuss terms of the agreement when contacted by CardLine Global. The deal increases Postilion's presence in South America, especially in Venezuela where it now has 10 clients, a spokesperson says. Postilion, a division of Unites States-based S1 Corp., also has four clients in Mexico and several others in South America, the spokesperson says.
