Virtual Piggy, which has offices in Hermosa Beach, Calif., and London, provides an online payment system for teens with parental controls. The company provides payments and compliance services to online merchants and game companies, and is planning an expansion into retail stores.

European Games Group is a worldwide distributor and commercialization partner for independent game developers who need assistance introducing their games to new markets.

Oink's integration provides "a seamless, safe transaction method that works for gamers of all ages", says Karsten Maxem, partner and director of business development and ad sales with European Games Group, in a press release.
