The Chinese online payment provider Alipay has added a number of security products from CyberSouce, a Visa-owned e-commerce management provider.

Managed Risk Services combines Decision Manager with fraud consulting services, monitoring and configuration of fraud risk practices to a businesses requirements and market conditions.
Alipay supports more than 800 million registered users and processes over 105.8 million transactions daily, totaling a monetary value of more than $3 billion.
