Western Union has renewed its collaboration with La Banque Postale, the banking subsidiary of La Poste, the postal services operator in France.

La Banque Postale serves more than 10 million consumers in France, making it one of the country's largest financial institutions. Western Union and La Banque Postale together offer money transfers and related services such as a loyalty reward Gold Card.

"For our customers, we will continue to work together for further excellence in innovation and services, leveraging the breadth and talent of La Banque Postale's network and teams with our specialist know-how for offering convenient, reliable and competitive money transfers across the globe," says Marie-Elise Droga, France and Benelux regional director of Western Union, in an Oct. 17 release.

Western Union also operates a mobile foreign currency exchange program in Europe, and recently partnered with MasterCard to offer a cross-border business payments product.
