Syncada LLC has named Kurt Schneiber CEO of the new company, a joint venture of Visa Inc. and U.S. Bancorp. Schneiber previously was president of Fortent Inc. Syncada also has appointed Steven Coleman chief legal officer and secretary. Coleman previously was executive vice president, general counsel and secretary for eFunds Corp.
Diebold Inc. has announced several executive appointments. The company has named John M. Deignan to the new position of vice president and chief marketing officer. Deignan previously was Diebold’s vice president of strategic accounts. Frank A. Natoli was named to the new post of vice president and chief technology officer. Natoli previously was vice president of operational excellence. James Chen was promoted to executive vice president of international operations. Chen previously was senior vice president of Asia Pacific and the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.
