Lisa Shipley, president of Transaction Network Services (TNS), will lead the board of directors and service as president of the Women's Network in Electronic Transactions (W.net), an organization that provides networking, mentoring, career development and education programming for women in the payments industry.

The organization's 2014 board officers include Linda Rossetti, the organization's president-elect for 2015 and president of Bluestone Payments; treasurer Chris Lee, the president of North American strategy partnerships and emerging markets for Moneris; secretary Gloria Colgan, the managing director of Market Platform Dynamics; and immediate past-president Patty Vincent, group executive and chief financial offer of the merchant segment for TSYS Acquiring Solutions.
